2nd Donaghadee Retain County Down Challenge Flag

The County Flag Competition for 2016 was held at Crawfordsburn Scout Centre on Friday 6th May to Sunday 8th May. Ten patrols attended from across the county and the camping standard set by all patrols was very high. All scout had a great time and new friendships were made.
All patrols completed various challenges during the weekend and 2nd Donaghadee were the outright winners at the end of the weekend. This is the third time in as many years that 2nd Dee have won this competition. Very well done to them. 1st Donaghadee came runner up.
It is hoped that more patrols will take part in this event in future years and the County Scout Team are keen to hear ideas on how we can attract more troops to take part. If you have any suggestion on this please feed it back to your ADC Scouts.
Thanks to all who helped out during the weekend.
