Copeland Explorer Unit Sleep Out
Date: 7th Dec 2018
Author: Scout Websites
**UPDATE**
In total we raised over £1000 for the Simon Community. There is an article in the spectator about the event written by Cllr Mark Brooks who came down to visit. We also received a letter and a donation from Lady Sylvia Hermon as well as countless visits and overwhelming support from Scout Friends, Family and passers by who we are beyond grateful for!
Despite the cold and the challenge, everyone taking part enjoyed the event and we have already had requests from Explorers to run another one next year!
Many thanks
Rhiannon
